Managing Director

Over 25 years of experience in the design and manufacture of advanced composite structures.

In 1988, the team led by Hannes, founded Speedwave (Germany), specializing in the construction

of advanced composite components for Boat-building, Aerospace, Automotive, Environmental and Architectural Industries.

Principal Architect

Master degree from University of Applied Science Munich (Architecture). 20 years of experience as Project Manager and Senior Architect in the field of Composites in Architecture; member of the team setting up PCT in 2006; previous work experience include working with Hannes Waimer in Germany (Speedwave) as well as Malaysia (DK).

UHPC/GRC Business Unit Manager

Highly skilled, 24 years of experience in the areas of specialist product manufacture, mould design and fabrication, quality control systems, logistics and site installation. Excellent understanding of GRC/UHPC and production processes.

Natural Stone Business Unit Manager

Over 15 years of experience in dealing with Marble, Granite & Gem Stones. Working with state-of-the-art machinery, including multi 5 Axes robowire machines, CNC, Water-jet, Diamond saw, Diamond splitting machines and much more, specializing in the construction of natural stone projects.

Green Energy Business Unit Manager

PHD in Physics, over 25 years of experience in the design, development, engineering and project management. Experiences as Director for worldwide testing including being head of a notified body. 15 years experiences in solar system including Managing Director as EPC and Managing Director for solar parks in Europe. Totally build over 250 MW on Rooftop and free field solar systems.

Manufacturing Manager

Yacht Design graduate with 17 years’ experience in high end composite manufacturing, including America’s Cup, TP 52 and custom high-performance cruising yachts. Responsible for overseeing, leading and managing the entire manufacturing process to ensure efficient and timely production.

Head of Technical Design Manager

Aeronautic Engineer with excellent knowledge of composite materials and their applications, Composite Design, CAD modeling and FEA analysis. Over 22 years of experience in the design of composite structures for the Marine and Architectural Industry. Since 6 years responsible for leading and managing the design team with regards to engineering and design activities.

Head of Structural Engineering

Experienced Structural Engineer specializing in the design and analysis of high performance FRP composite structures. He has worked on the structural design and analysis of over 90 projects which involve the use of advanced FRP composites in large structures, predominantly in the marine and architectural markets. His work has included responsibility for concept development, design and technical review of advanced FRP composite structures in a number of world leading projects in the architectural field.

Head of Project Management

Design and Engineering background, excellent man-management skills and vast experience as a previous Director and Commercial Director. Responsible for leading and coordinating the team of Project Managers, ensuring communication flow between all team members for a smooth and timely delivery of the project.

Research & Development Manager

Experienced Materials Scientist and Engineer, working in the research and development of FRP composites for over 12 years. Primarily working in the aerospace and architectural fields, she has a background in resin chemistry and extensive experience testing FRP composite materials and components. In addition to managing all R&D activities within PCT, she is responsible for developing FRP composite solutions to meet strict fire regulations in architectural projects, whilst maintaining structural engineering and processing requirements. Qualifications: MEng (Hons), EngD.

Planning Manager

Responsible for Production Planning at PCT. A skilled Supply Chain professional with over 13 years of experience in the Composites Industry; background includes Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and ERP System Development (SAP and MS Dynamics). Worked both in the UK and UAE leading Planning and Supply Chain teams in a variety of sectors including Architecture, Marine, Wind Energy, Aerospace and Automotive.

Supply Chain Manager

Over 27 years of experience, offering a high level of expertise and proficiency in Material and Contract Management, Procurement Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Warehousing Operations. Based in the Gulf region since 1994, has established Supply Chain operations for major multinational companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar.

Site Operations Manager

Electronic Engineering Graduate. 22 years of experience in installation of composite panels. An experienced site manager, who effectively communicates with all key stakeholders. Well versed in preparation of defining organization structure for the Site Operations team, including a clear and detailed job description for each key role. Experienced in development of general method statements for all site operations.

Quality Manager

Over 10 years’ experience in quality management within the aerospace and defense industry primarily working on fly by wire flight control systems for fix and rotary wing platforms. BSc 1st Class Honors degree with an emphasis on TQM. Chartered Institute of Quality Diploma.

HR & HSE Manager

12 years’ Gulf experience as an HR & H&S professional, gaining a wealth of experience in HR/HSE management, training & development. Working with a diverse work-force over 50 nationalities in PCT, promotion workers´ welfare and the compliance of HSE standards throughout our various factories.
